Licensing

The XFRAME system is protected against unauthorized usage by means of a license file depending on your contract number and on the CPU identifier of your system. The license file is obtained providing a license request file (system information file) to HTWC.

The following instructions will explain how to set it up:

1.	If you don't have a system information file, generate it as follows: open a command prompt and change to the XFRAME setup directory ($XFRAMEHOME). Then Issue:

xkey\bin\xkey -q

2.	send the system information file (system.info) to HTWC (support@htwc.com): an XFRAME license file for your system will be delivered.

3.	once obtained your license file (license.dat), put it in the directory:

$XFRAMEHOME\license

Warning: In case of hardware updating or installation of a new system, do not forget to contact previously HTWC to receive the license file for your new system identifier.
